Next 9,10 and 11 of August will take place the third edition of International Conference on Food Science and Nutrition 2012 that will serve as a valuable forum for international experts to share and discuss the latest research findings, research and market trends, and new insights into the scientific knowledge and practical know-how on a wide range of emerging topics in the field.
The conference that will be organized in Sheraton Hotel Mendoza, will also provide opportunities for food scientists/technologists, nutritionists, dietitians, researchers, academia, food standards and legislation officials, enforcement agencies, food industry and food service establishments to present and exchange ideas and experiences as well as strengthen networking.
The conference features a series of presentations and discussion comprising of plenary lectures and oral and poster presentations.
